THIS COURSE IS FOR SENIOR PHASE PUPILS WHO ARE STILL AT SCHOOL
This is an introductory qualification that develops the skills, knowledge and attitudes, needed for work in the industry, which includes the design and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical services, for domestic, commercial and industrial buildings. The Course includes safe working practices, energy and the science of building services engineering and helps to develop transferable employability skills. Students will gain an understanding and demonstrate fundamental safe working practices in building services engineering, fundamental environmental protection measures and fundamentals in scientific principles."
