This exciting course will allow you to develop the correct knowledge and skills required to undertake employment as an Air Cabin Crew or as a Passenger Service Agent within a busy airport environment.
While the aviation industry recovers from the pandemic, take this time to train and acquire skills that will prepare you for this future role and for you to manage a successful interview with an airline or airline ground operator.
This is an 18-week SCQF level 6 course.
The majority of our courses will be delivered online only for the beginning of 2021. A limited number of courses will have classes on campus. You will be contacted by your lecturer if your course will include any face-to-face classes on campus.
The course will focus on four main elements:
- Ground Operations
- Cabin Crew
- The Recruitment Process
- Customer Care for the Aviation Industry
It is preferable that applicants have:
- A minimum of five National 4s and two National 5s or equivalent.
We will consider all applicants on an individually based on their personal statement.
