Hosted by the Club, this is the grand finale to a ten week long celebration of all thing Scottish in the culinary world. Chefs' demonstrations, food tastings, wine and whisky tastings, exhibition stands and tempting samples to nibble and buy - come along and enjoy. You will be able to see celebrity chefs, including Michelin star award winner Tom Kitchin, giving demonstrations of their signature dishes. You will be able to view and taste produce from many local suppliers including the Glenkinchie distillery and Scots Cheer. And you will be able to taste dishes from our very successful Taste Of Scotland series of evenings in eh15 (these dishes are listed below).
