Bliss Hair & Beauty

   

Bliss hair and beauty incorporates several different areas of the Club, which are open to members and non members alike:

• the 2nd floor hair salons, where our students carry out a range of hair services;
• Bliss Beauty, offering a wide variety of treatments with fully trained or newly qualified therapists in our four luxurious beauty rooms; and
• the beauty salons, where experienced students carry out treatments under the supervision of their lecturers.

You can book appointments throughout the day, and in some cases into the evening.  Why not make a day of it and join friends for lunch in eh15, our rooftop restaurant?

 

 

Bliss Academy Hair Salons

Our 2nd floor hairdressing salons are slick, stylish and buzzing.  The floor to ceiling windows flood the salons with light and give spectacular views to Arthur’s Seat.

You can choose from a wide range of hair services within the salons including cuts, colours, hair up, perms and conditioning treatments.  Prices are highly competitive, with a cut and blow dry starting from just £6.

We operate a system of peer assisted learning within the salons, where SVQ level 1 students learn in the salon environment from more experienced SVQ level 2 and 3 students as well as our day release HNC hairdressers who are all currently working in salons elsewhere.  All students are closely supervised by our highly experienced lecturers who oversee consultations, cutting, treatments and finishing for all clients.

Bliss Beauty

Bliss Beauty is based in our exclusive beauty rooms beside the nail bar.  Our qualified therapists offer a wide range of facial and body treatments for men and women to leave you refreshed and relaxed.  Choose from therapeutic massages to rejuvenating facials and relaxing manicures and pedicures. 

We use mainly Thalgo products, harnessing the riches of the sea so you can benefit from powerful healing, revitalising and rebalancing properties, vital for health and well being.

Bliss Beauty is open to members and non-members of the Club and is open 7 days with evening appointments available throughout the week.

Bliss Academy Beauty Salons

Our beauty students offer a wide range of excellent value treatments in the training salons.  Appointments can be booked Monday to Friday daytimes, with some twilight appointments available. 

You can choose from a wide range of treatments, such as relaxing aromatherapy, reflexology and body massage; body treatments for muscle toning and cellulite reduction; and face treatments, including non surgical facelifts.  

We also offer a range of beauty treatments, including waxing, manicures and pedicures, tints and shaping for eye lashes and brows, and a range of day or evening make up.
